excursion to Khao Takiab
  • Khao Takiab means Chopstick Mountain, and you find it 6 km south of Hua Hin city. It's a small mountain with temples, monks, monkeys and a great seaview.
  • To get there, take a tuktuk or a songtaew (a pick-up taxi leaving Hua Hin on regular basis).
  • Warning; the monkeys can steal your things or cut you.
  • You can find a dog around a store because of driving away the monkeys. It's just like cats and dogs.
