My Advice	Photography in the Dome is NOT allowed without drink ordered at Sky Bar. Singha beer is 374 baht including 10% service charge and 7% government tax. If you try to take a photo out of allowed area, you may be restrained by the staff.

Dear Manager of the Lebua at State Tower,

We visited the Sky Bar on 22 Nov. 2009. Then we tried to take a photograph on the top for our memorial. However, we were immediately restrained by your security guards, and they told us to take a photograph around the Sky Bar. When we took one around the bar, we were required to buy one drink each at the very least. We felt repugnant about such things. Some of my friends told me that they may not go to the Sky Bar.
If you would like to sell some drinks to top floor guests at least, it would be better to sell "Visitor Card" with one drink at the elevator hall on the 63rd floor except hotel and restaurant guests.
