My Advice	If the train is delayed, only Tze-Chiang Express passengers are available announcement in English. I couldn't find any banks near Hualien railway station, I suggest withdrawing or exchanging money in Taipei. Unless you have any hotel reservation, there are no information available in the railway station; so you should go for main street, Chunsun/Zhongshan Road. you can find any travel agencies or hotels.

Ami Tribe Traditional Dance Performances at Ami Cultural Village Hualien
If you would like to see the Ami Tribe Traditional Dance Performances, you should ask a hotel staff to transfer to Ami Cultural Village, or call a taxi for you. The transfer cost is NT$100 for round trip, and an entrance fee of the village is NT$200. The dance performances are held twice a day; 17:30 and 19:20. Soft drinks and souvenirs are available at the building. A master of ceremonies (an emcee) speak her lines in Chinese and Japanese. Visitors are invited to dance with them in the last stage.
