Get enough exercise after lunch!

This day I went bushwalking and seeing glow worms to Springbrook with K53, yang-mom and mom-mom.
We had a lunch at Four Winds Revolving Restaurant, which is famous for its breathtaking 360-degree views, mouthwatering fresh seafood and exotic Asian buffet.
And to our delight, bonus coupon (free bottle of wine) can be used there.
Of course bonus coupons are attached to free magazine, Best of the Gold Coast, which can be picked up at tourist information and any hotels.

We bushwalked at Twin Falls Circuit (4 kilometers), it took about 1 hour and half.
"This course is for beginners, there is a longer one," said K53.
He also said, "We didn't get wet when walking under the falls because the volume of water hadn't been enough due to spell of dry weather, hence it would be usually better to bring an umbrella or a raincoat."
And if you take a longer canyon walk down to the rock pool at the bottom, you can frequent there in the warmer weather.

For seeing glow worms must be waiting in the inside of the colony until complete sunset.
Of course it is no problem to come here after sunset; however, since the colony is full of group tourists (example: Gold Coast Mountain Tours AU$50) at the peak hours, it's advisable to stagger it.
According to Springbrook Glow Worms Research Centre, night time viewings start every night from 7:30 p.m. (winter) and 8:00 p.m. (summer) for small or large numbers of visitors.
Needless to say, since flash cameras are NOT permitted in the colony, it's advisable to be resigned to not take a picture of glow worms.
Therefore individual visitors should bring a flashlight/torch though personal torches are NOT required as the whole circuit concrete pathway is illuminated by ground lighting, according to the web site.

Let's feast for the eyes in the beach and by the night view!

Byron Bay Map

I went to Byron Bay as same as the previous day.
Two women went seeing the view of Byron Bay, but I went to the beach for seeing another view.
One of my traveling policy is that vacation schedule includes such rest day.
In fact I regret if you come here to see only the scenery.
So if you are naturist, it would be better to go to Belongil Beach, which is famous for "Clothing Optional" Beach.
Otherwise it's enough for feast for the eyes to stay Main Beach.
I spent on the beach while reading and writing postcards.
After relaxing, I drank beer at bar. Things just couldn't be better!
So vacationers must take care of sun burn because there's almost nothing sun shade in Australia's beaches.
Is it strange that Australian government (The Cancer Council South Australia) usually warns to protect excessive ultraviolet light?

This night we went seeing prizewinning works of the Gold Coast City Christmas Light Up Competition.
The grand champion was Jean and Paul Phillips of Currumbin Waters, so other prizewinning works were quite worth seeing.
And the inside of Dream Centre Christian Church of the best illuminated church was spectacular, in which a fashion show and an exhibition of acrobatics took place.
Of course we saw them first time, but I heard K53 went seeing them last year.
Do the night view fascinate visitor's mind?
