My Advice	Victory Beach can be accessed from Weather Station Hill (Victory Hill) area on foot, but sea water isn't always clear. I recommend you to go swimming in Ochheuteal Beach where you can go there by motorbike taxi (motodup). You can enjoy bargainning with peddlers who sell some fruits, juice and provide massage service.

When people refer to "the market", they mean this one. Phsar Leu is the largest market in town - a dimly lit, partially roofed expanse of booths, stalls and mats vending everything from fresh meat and vegetables to clothing, auto parts, jewelry, etc. Opens and closes with the sun.
