Sukumo to Cape Ashizuri
To get to Cape Ashizuri from Sukumo you can easily reach by Kochi Seinan Kotsu Bus departing at 8:00 a.m. bound for Shimizu Plaza Pal. I suggest staying in Nakamura station area than Sukumo station area because public transportation is more frequent intervals. For more information, please visit Shimanto City Tourism Association. My friend recommends to stay at Nagomiyado Anjuan. In addition, Kochi Seinan Kotsu provides Nakamura Machi Bus (available within Nakamura downtown area and daytime only, 200JPY, booking call to 0880-34-1269) as demand responsive transport.

Shimizu Plaza Pal
Shimizu Plaza Pal bus stop is interchange station of Kochi Seinan Kotsu Bus. (Click on enlarge photo on the left, but only Japanese) Neighboring area is shopping center and some retail shops including restaurants. It takes 20 minutes by walk from Tosa Shimizu Sakana Center.

Sakurahama Beach
You can take a lunch at Rest Tatsukushi, in front of Kaiteikan (Ashizuri Underwater Observation Tower) bus stop, also buy some drinks including alcohol and souvenirs. There are parking lot, changing room, toilet and shower in Sakurahama Beach. This beach can be reached from Rest Tatsukushi or Tatsukushi National Marine Park by walk.
